Your contribution can:
- Help run the New Zealand Companion Animal Register and get more lost pets back to their homes.
- Contribute our desexing and microchipping grant. Twice a year, we donate money via an independent trust to provide rescue groups with vital desexing funds.
- Fund important research and education supporting pet owners on how to better care for their animals.
- Help fund community programmes and events focused on positive animal welfare.

NZCAR is part of Companion Animals NZ which is a charity working on positive animal welfare.
Not only do we help reunite animals with their families daily, but we also carry out a lot of positive welfare initiatives too - like educating pet guardians, accrediting professionals, holding microchipping events and carrying out important research.
